Final Day

Today was the last day of field class at HarborView. I did some interviews for my popculture project on silly bands... (they're so silly) and I taught a writing lesson also for Dr. Hagood's Lit class. Everything went as planned, and while I am sad that it is all over, I am happy to be done. I will miss the kids, but only as long as it takes me to get my own class with my own kids, then my focus will shift to them.

I did not mean for that to sound so jaded, I have just run out of steam for this semester. 5 classes and being a GA has finally brought me to my knees.
I enjoyed the field experience, the class, the students, the teacher, my coop teacher candidate, even Delpit, yes, even Delpit. I enjoyed it all, and now it is done. Good night and good luck!
